PadelOS serves solely as a facilitator; all bookings and purchases are forwarded to the respective venue, which is fully responsible for its facilities and services.
2. User Registration & Account Management
To use certain features, you must create an account by providing basic details such as name, email, and password. Alternatively, you can sign up using third-party accounts like Apple or Facebook. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
By registering, you gain access to features including but not limited to:
Viewing and booking sports activities at participating venues.
Managing memberships, vouchers, and payment history.
Connecting with other players, inviting them to games, and splitting payments.
Participating in tournaments and competitions.
Customizing your profile and account settings.
You must provide accurate and truthful information when creating an account. If you are registering on behalf of an entity, you confirm that you have the authority to do so.
3. Privacy & Data Usage
Your personal data is processed per our Privacy Policy. Certain functionalities, such as competitions and player matchmaking, may require sharing information with other users.
4. Booking & Payments
When you book or purchase through PadelOS, your transaction is directed to the venue, which is solely responsible for fulfilling the service. PadelOS does not own or manage any venues, nor are we responsible for their operations.
Payments are handled securely within the platform.
Some features may involve additional fees, which will be clearly stated.
Refunds and cancellations are subject to each venue’s policy.
If you opt for split payments, the initiating user is responsible for ensuring full payment.
5. User Responsibilities
You agree to use the service lawfully and ethically. The following actions are prohibited:
Providing false information or impersonating others.
Engaging in fraudulent transactions.
Disrupting the functionality or security of the platform.
Attempting to reverse-engineer or replicate our technology.
Violation of these terms may result in account suspension or termination.
6. Service Availability & Technical Considerations
While PadelOS aims for uninterrupted service, we cannot guarantee that the platform will always be free from disruptions. You are responsible for protecting your devices and accounts against unauthorized access.

The platform may contain links to external sites. PadelOS does not control these third-party websites and assumes no responsibility for their content or services.
8. Intellectual Property Rights
All content, trademarks, and technology associated with PadelOS remain our exclusive property. You may not use, copy, or modify any aspect of our service without express permission.
9. Legal Compliance & Liability Limitations
These terms comply with applicable UAE laws. You may exercise your right of withdrawal within 14 days of account registration. However, this does not apply to bookings and purchases made through venues.
PadelOS is not liable for issues related to venue services, including cancellations, delays, or dissatisfaction with booked facilities. Any disputes should be addressed directly with the venue.
10. Modifications & Updates
PadelOS reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. The latest version will always be available on our website and app.
11. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These terms are governed by UAE law. Any disputes will be resolved through public courts in the UAE. PadelOS adheres to alternative dispute resolution recommendations when applicable.
