Chat Statuses & Filters

Mark chats Resolved or Archived, with matching filters on both the admin and the player side.

Chats in the Communication Hub can now be marked Resolved or Archived, with matching filters on both admin and player sides, making it easy to keep active conversations front and centre while still having quick access to everything else.

Resolve support chats

Admins can mark a Support chat as Resolved with a single click from the chat details panel. If the player sends a new message it reopens automatically, or an admin can reopen it manually at any time.

Archive group chats

Admins can archive any Group chat (Group, Rating Group, Tournament, Event, Training, Private Lesson) to move it out of the default view. Archived chats stay fully accessible under All Chats or the Archived filter, and can be unarchived at any time.

Player-side archiving

Players can archive any Group chat, including Open Match chats, from their own view. This is entirely self-scoped: it doesn't affect the chat's status for admins or other participants.

Smarter filtering

The Support tab's dropdown now offers All Chats, Open, and Resolved. The Groups tab combines Active, Archived, and All Chats with individual module filters (Tournament, Training, Event, etc.), so admins can drill straight into exactly the chats they need. A Club filter is also available on both tabs.

Why it matters

Support and Group chat lists stay clean and focused on what needs attention now, without losing anything. Resolved queries and inactive group chats are just a filter away.

How to access

Go to Messages → Support or Groups tab. Use the status/module dropdown and Club filter to narrow the list, and resolve, reopen, archive, or unarchive chats from the chat details panel.
