Introducing "All Activities"

Overview

PadelOS now includes an All Activities section, giving club administrators a complete, unified view of every activity taking place at their venue — past, present, and future — in a single table.

What's New

Unified Activity Dashboard

All activity types are now consolidated into one place. Reservations, Open Matches, Private Lessons, Events, Trainings, and Tournaments can all be monitored and managed from a single view, reducing the need to switch between screens during daily operations.

Tab Filtering

Activities can be filtered using five built-in tabs — All, Upcoming, Previous, Paid, Unpaid, and Draft — making it easy to focus on what's relevant at any given moment, whether that's today's schedule, outstanding payments, or activities still in preparation.

Activity Data at a Glance

Each row in the table displays the activity type, a unique ID, title (where applicable), sport, start and end date, start and end time, current registrations against capacity, price, and a colour-coded status. Statuses include Open, Paid, Unpaid, Draft, and Cancelled, allowing staff to assess the state of any activity instantly without opening it.

Search

A search bar allows staff to locate any activity quickly by keyword. The Columns toggle lets admins customise which data fields are visible in the table, and the Export option makes it straightforward to download activity data for reporting or record-keeping.

How to Access

Navigate to All Activities in the left sidebar of your PadelOS dashboard, under the Club Schedule section.
