Loyalty Rewards Program

Overview

PadelOS now includes a fully configurable loyalty program with three reward tiers — Silver, Gold, and Platinum— designed to reward your most active players and drive long-term retention.


Program Configuration
  • Define spending thresholds per activity type (e.g. court bookings, lessons, pro shop) or as a combined total across all spending.

  • Set custom qualifying cycle lengths — monthly, quarterly, annually, or any number of months — to match your venue's needs

  • Configure separate retention targets: players must maintain their spend level to keep their tier at the end of each cycle

Tier Management
  • Players are automatically promoted or demoted based on their spending within the active qualifying cycle — no manual intervention needed

  • Each tier (Silver, Gold, Platinum) supports its own distinct perk configuration

  • Tier names and card designs are fully customisable — brand them to match your venue's identity or loyalty program theme


Perk Configuration per Tier

Admins can assign and stack the following perks across tiers:

  • Court booking discounts

  • Discount on Activities (Events, Trainings, Tournaments) and Lessons

  • Complimentary court hours

  • Extended advance booking windows

  • Priority cancellation timeframes

For Players
  • Real-time progress tracking: players can see their current tier, spending to date, and exactly how much more is needed to reach the next tier or retain their current one

  • Clear perk breakdown: players see every benefit available at their tier and their usage/remaining balance for each perk

  • Automatic tier updates: no action needed — tier status adjusts at the end of each qualifying cycle based on spending
