Create a campaign by selecting your club, picking your audience (a segment or a group), choosing your channel, and writing your message. That's it.
Campaigns are delivered through the PadelOS in-app chat and land in a dedicated Promotions thread in the player's Messages section, separate from regular club conversations. The thread is one-way so it stays clean and doesn't mix with support chats.
Email, WhatsApp, and SMS channels are coming soon.
