Cancel a membership while verification is pending, a split payment policy, bulk tournament creation, and a default rating policy.
Cancel Membership While Verification is Pending:
Players who purchase a membership requiring admin verification can now cancel it before that verification happens, instead of being stuck waiting.
Players can cancel a pending, unverified membership directly from their account, with no admin action required.
Players are no longer locked into a membership while waiting on verification. They can cancel and purchase a different membership right away, reducing frustration and related support requests.
Split Payment Bookings Policy:
A new policy has been added in Settings to control whether split payment is available for court bookings.
Admins can now enable or disable Split Payment Bookings. When enabled, players can equally split the court booking payment among participants.
Bulk Creation for Tournaments:
Bulk creation, already available for other activities, is now available for Tournaments as well.
Admins can create multiple tournaments at once using the Create Bulk Tournament button in the Tournaments section, filling in a single form to apply shared details across all tournaments.
Saves admins time when setting up multiple similar tournaments, removing the need to create each one individually.
Default Rating Policy:
A new policy has been added in Settings allowing admins to set the default rating assigned to new players when they sign up.
This can be set separately for each sport.
Gives clubs control over the baseline rating new players start with, allowing for more accurate matchmaking and rating progression from day one, tailored to each sport's needs.
