Define Custom Eligibility Criteria
Maintain full control over which revenue streams contribute to a player’s loyalty status. The interface allows admins to surgically toggle specific categories—such as court bookings, private lessons, or tournament entries—to count toward tier progression. This ensure that loyalty is driven by the activities that matter most to your club’s business model.
Category Toggling: Selectively enable or disable revenue sources like Bookings, Events, and Trainings.
Targeted Spending: Set specific required amounts for each active category to unlock higher tiers.

Automated Eligibility & Validity Windows
Manage the lifecycle of player status through automated time-based logic. The system eliminates manual administration by utilizing rolling windows to track qualifying activity and set durations for benefit access. Once a player meets the requirements, the engine handles the upgrade and maintenance of their status automatically.
Eligibility Time Window: Define a rolling look-back period (e.g., 6 months) to calculate if a player has met the necessary spending thresholds for a tier.
Status Validity: Establish a fixed duration (e.g., 5 months) during which the player’s benefits remain active once a tier is unlocked.
Automated Transitions: The system independently manages upgrades and downgrades based on real-time player activity, ensuring a consistent and predictable rewards cycle.
Player Tier Progression
The PadelOS mobile application provides players with real-time visibility into their loyalty status and progression milestones. Through segmented progress bars categorized by revenue stream, players can monitor their standing against required spending thresholds.
